       台州柏华机械科技有限公司成立于1998年，2013年之前工厂主要生产汽车球头，拉杆等底盘件，配套于中国第一汽车集团公司，2013年开始转型专业生产研发汽车EGR阀，2014年进入批量生产并投入国内汽车售后市场使用，工厂始终把产品质量放在第一位，价格最有竞争力为目标，在进入国内后市场形成较大的销售网络并深受客户的好评及信赖。工厂现已形成EGR系统及EGR阀（应用于汽油，柴油发动机，含负压式、电磁式、直流电机式、步进电机式）两大系列适用于车型包括：长城、五十铃、江淮、江铃，上汽通用五菱、大众，福特、福田等40余种车型。

       2019年工厂已开始申请并能完成IATF16949等国际质量认证体系标准。

       目前工厂现有EGR阀专业研发生产团队及管理人员,工厂将不断加强专业化队伍的培养，促进持续发展，满足各方期望，跟进国际发动机技术发展趋势，以更快的速度开发更先进的产品，成为国内汽车尾气排放及发动机性能最具竞争力的供应商并跻身国际市场。

TAIZHOU BOHUA MACHINERY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD was founded in 1998, before 2013, the factory mainly produces auto ball joint, tie rod chassis parts, Was OEM Supplier of China first automobile group co., LTD.,then from 2013 we transformation to specializing in the production of the development automobile AND desiel EGR valve, 2014 into mass production and domestic auto aftermarket use, the factory has always put quality as the first, the mostcompetitive price as the goal, after entering the domestic market to form a large sales network and well received by customers and trust. The factory has formed EGR system and EGR valve (applied to gasoline and diesel engines, including negative pressure type, electromagnetic type, dc motor type and stepping motor type). The two series are applicable to vehicle models, including Great Wall, ISUZU, JAC, jiangling, saic-gm-wuling, Volkswagen, ford ,Foton and other more than 40 models.

In 2019, our factory has started to apply and can complete the IATF16949 international quality certification system. 

At present, the factory has EGR valve professional research and development production team and management personnelt,we will continue to strengthen the cultivation of professional team, promote the sustainable development, meet the expectation, follow up the international development trend of the engine technology, faster to develop more advanced products, become the domestic automobile exhaust emissions and engine performance and the most competitive suppliers among the international market.
